We are not launching a new weight management programme!

We would never promote, overnight weight loss fixes. If you’re looking for the secret to weight loss – take your time with it!

We believe in keeping things simple – we’re not about dramatic transformations or impossible challenges. Instead, we focus on small, sustainable changes that add up to make a big difference in your life.

Remember: being consistently good is better than being inconsistently perfect. Start small, start slow.  

 

More about our weight management programmes

  • Beezee Families – designed for families to make healthy changes together. We’ll look at nutrition, moving more and having fun while doing so!
  • Beezee Adults – this is if you’re over 16 and want to lose weight in a healthy way. We’ll talk about portion sizes, reading food labels, and understanding our hunger cues – to name just a few of our most popular topics!
  • Gutless – we made this just for men as they face their own unique barriers on their weight loss journeys. We’ll cut through diet myths you see online and focus on the science behind losing weight sustainably.

All our Beezee programmes create a safe space for everyone who joins. Not only will you get loads of handouts and expert support, but you’ll also get to meet a like-minded community of people going along a similar journey as you.


What will you learn?

Each week, we tackle different topics. The topics differ between programmes, but here’s an idea of some sessions we run:

  • How to make quick, healthy breakfasts your kids will actually eat
  • Navigating supermarket shops without blowing your budget
  • Breaking down specific barriers that men often face when making health changes

Not quite feeling ready to commit to a programme? That’s ok! We also run our Beezee Academy, which gives you a chance to log in and learn at your own pace.  It’s completely flexible, and you don’t have to worry about attending any sessions.  


Why should you give it try?

If you’ve ever tried a crash diet, you’ll know that feeling of losing weight quickly, only to put it all back on (and sometimes more). There’s a reason for this! Fad diets often work in the short term because they severely restrict calories or entire food groups. This leads to quick water weight loss and muscle loss – not sustainable fat loss. Instead of promising overnight transformations, our programmes will teach you how to:

  • Understand nutrition and what a balanced diet looks like for you
  • Find ways to move more that you actually enjoy
  • Build healthy habits that stick, even when life gets busy
