Step 2: Get weekly personalised support by phone or email.
Once we understand your needs, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. You will have regular one-on-one calls or emails, ensuring you stay on track and receive the support you need.
Step 3: Track Your Progress and Adjust as Needed
You can keep track of your progress throughout your health and wellbeing journey by logging in to the free AmaraHealth app — accessing features and content to help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Or just using a simple pen and paper to keep track works fine too!
Throughout your journey, we’ll provide you with tools, tips, and encouragement. If needed, we’ll adjust the plan along the way to ensure you’re always moving toward your alcohol reduction goals at a pace that works for you.
