Unfortunately you do not meet the eligibility criteria

To be eligible for a free NHS Health Check, you must:

- Be a Buckinghamshire resident or be registered with a GP in the county
- Be aged between 40 and 74
- Not have had a health check in 5 years
- Not have pre-existing health conditions as you should already have regular check-ups with a GP.
