Slimming World supports people across the UK with their weight loss goals. Their unique healthy eating plan, Food Optimising, is based on science and backed by evidence. Support is available online and in person.
Beezee are a dedicated team of nutritionists and behaviour change experts, that help people make real, long-lasting changes.
They create and run weight management and healthy lifestyle programmes for adults and families across the UK.
