Jordan loses weight and gains energy

In the bustling rhythm of life, it’s easy to lose sight of our health. This was the case for Jordan*, who was often feeling lightheaded, dizzy, and lethargic. Eating irregular meals and unhealthy snacks throughout the day, they knew they wanted to make a change — but the way forward was unclear. Through the programme, Jordan began to understand the impact of unhealthy foods on their body and energy levels. This newfound knowledge empowered them to start making healthier choices. 

The first of these was making an effort to prepare one nutritious meal a day, while opting for healthier snacks. 


The changes were quickly noticeable. As well as weight loss, Jordan experienced an increase in energy, and felt able to accomplish more each day. This journey to health even inspired them to sign up for an adult learning course they had been eyeing for years.  


Over the course of the programme, Jordan achieved an impressive 5.5kg weight loss.
